Album production will be temporarily paused from May 24th through May 31st to revamp and clean our production facility for the upcoming busy season.

To ensure your album ships by May 23rd, prior to the pause, you must submit your order no later than May 13th. Albums placed after May 13th may not be processed and shipped until June 3rd.

During this time, Customer Service will only be available intermittently by email. Album Design and Selection will not be affected.

We apologize for any disruption this may cause you and we will do everything we can to create the shortest interruption possible. Thank you for your patience and we will work to get caught up quickly.

Because of this break, we will NOT close during the first week of July for our annual Summer Vacation.
