Zook Book®


What is a Zook Book?


The Zook Book is a flush-style album with a 1/16” space between the pages, with no limit for panoramas. You have the option of using our convenient Print to Bind service or shipping numbered prints with a Zook Book order form which can be found on our Web site.

What cover options are available?


There are 4 different types of leather (PDF) to select from and 32 color choices. Cameo Covers are also available see above for sizes.

The Reflectionz™ cover is available through Print to Bind only.

What is the difference between a slipcase and a pillowcase?


A Slipcase is a custom-made matching leather felt-lined case which allows an album to be displayed (additional charges apply). Every album is shipped inside a pillowcase then placed into a black presentation box for protection.

          

How much room shall I allow for trimming when designing a Zook Book?


All prints for Zook Books are machine trimmed, sanded and gilded by hand. The album pages are a 1/16” thick with rounded corners. To avoid cropping issues and learn more about preparing your order, please view our guidelines (Zook Book instructions).

How much do Zook Books cost?

What is your turnaround time?


Production time for a Zook Book is 10 business days “in-plant”, plus shipping. Orders received after 10am are processed the following business day.  November and December are exceptions due to seasonally high volume.

Can Zookbinders ship an order directly to my customer?


This is a great time saver! We can “drop-ship” the order directly to your customer for a small fee (see 2008 Catalog), in addition to the shipping charges. Your invoice will be mailed separately to your studio. All drop ships are sent signature required and someone must be available to accept delivery.

What is your Zook Book Sample album policy?


Although Zookbinders doesn’t offer pre-made sample albums, we offer 50% discount on all Zook Book studio sample orders. If using our Print to Bind service you receive 25% off on printing. Just select the “studio sample” checkbox on the order form when submitting your order.

How many Sample albums can I have?


Zookbinders does not limit the number of Sample albums you can order. Take advantage of the discounts to upgrade and display different sizes, leathers, and latest cover options while showcasing your work. All sample albums will be stamped “Studio Sample” on the inside front cover of the album, and Zookbinders reserves the right to change imprinting dates to a future date.

Can I order Zook Books and PhotoBooks together?


Yes, and it’s only available through Print to Bind. The ordering system allows you to order Zook Book and PhotoBooks of the same design only. See step 3 in the ordering process to order your PhotoBook(s).

Can I submit multiple Zook Book orders of the same design on a single order?


No, each Zook Book needs to be submitted and processed individually.

What is your return policy on slip cases?


Slip cases are custom made to fit each individual album. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
