Share Your Upsell Stories

As you know, we at Zookbinders like to emphasize the value of upselling album options to your clients. It just makes sense. Think of all of the hours you put into editing and retouching your images and then designing an album. Why wouldn’t you want to sell as many products from that one albums design as you could? Our efforts to call many of you who order single albums to show you how additional products can help increase your sales have helped, but still, only about 30% of our clients are ending up selling more than just the main album.

In my own case, after implementing Zookbinder’s package selling options, I’ve gone from less than 5% of my clients ordering multiple albums to over 55%.     Thanks Travis, great article about upselling. What we try to emphasize is that once you design an awesome album, you shouldn’t forget parents and key family or wedding party members. Small digital books make great gifts and let the photographer make even more profits with just a click of the mouse.
