This week’s feature photo is from Kristin La Voie Photography in Mundelein, IL. We love this image and the great use of color. The baby’s face portrays a sense of wonder which is further supported in her climbing in the wicker basket. The light captured in her eyes becomes the focus of the image and the photographer made this even stronger with the off-focus background. Her eyes draw you in and make you want to look closer to see the reflection in them. (And doesn’t this little cutie just warm you up on a cold winter’s day in Chicago like today?)

Our Feature Photo of the Week is from Britton Photography, located in Spokane Valley, WA. Since we didn’t have the opportunity to post a “photo of the week” in over 2 months, we think this photo is a great image to showcase as we get back into the groove! The light captured behind the woman’s back adds to the romantic appeal of this photo. Plus, the reflection of the couple in the window is a unique element!

This week’s Feature Photo of the Week is from Shari Zellers of Clarkston, Georgia and is entitled “Jennifer”. It was taken at the Roswell Mill in Roswell, GA.
Shari said, “I was inspired to shoot her there because I loved the texture of the wood paneling wall and the wicker furniture. I knew sepia was the perfect tone to give it a touch of warmth that I felt from the wood and textures.”
